Konami has announced and made more clear with this last rulebook update thing lol. If I understand from yugiohdeathmaster's youtube vid, they are taking priority away.

Makes me think of random noob like question. Does Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon still beat Utopia eff, Mirrior Force, etc. I think it would I just want you folks general opinion and I would like to make sure.
