I've tried like 4 builds and its not working great Vs meta e.e work pretty good vs other stuff though.

Really? I beat Chaos Dragons thanks to Nimbusman being around 3500 atk and Altus for crippling their hand. Mother Grizzly has been helping decently, along with Tour Guide into Poison Cloud, whos' either Banished by Storm Dragon when Exceeding into Leviathan Dragon, or used with Fog Control to "Turbo" the Fog Counters on Acid, Cirro, Altus or Nimbus (A free +1500? Why not).

What builds have you tried so far?

Make me a vintage YuGiOh deck that works really well. You can use modern day staples like Warnings and Judgment and TT, but no Tour and shit like that >_>

Define vintage. How old is vintage? And does it mean a deck that used to be good but isn't so much anymore? what?

I dueled a Dark Magicians deck at locals, last year. True, it was a Chaos Spellcaster deck, but it Main Decked Dark Magicians.

So Cloudians are that tricky? Fair enough. Then how about either a Volcanic or Spider deck?

Volcanic as in the burn based archetype from GX, and Spider as in position shifting from 5Ds?
